Marcel Ravin the Executive Chef of Monte Carlo Bay Hotel and Resort was part of the dinner event held at The Harold Pratt House on December 1st, 2009.

Paul Goerg Champagne was featured with a Monegasque inspired winter menu with the collaboration of chefs Marcel Ravin and Daniel Boulud.

The Honorable Maguy Maccario Doyle, Consul General of Monaco and Mr. Bernard Lambert, Chief Executive Officer of the Monte-Carlo SBM Hotels and Casinos made this memorable event possible.
