Paul Goerg – Brut Tradition
60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir
In common with all Paul-Goerg non-vintage champagnes, this subtle blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir is made from 50% reserve wines.
Glittering pale gold colouring, complex nose with scents of honey, flowers and preserved fruits. In the mouth, the wine is well-balanced, offering roundness and persistence. The fine soft bubbles melt away to a gentle and slightly spicy finish. A wine of great class.
Paul Goerg – Brut Rosé
85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir
First of all there is a fascinating salmon pink colouring. Then the surprise of a wine matching elegance with personality. Subtle red fruit aromas on the nose are mirrored in the mouth where 15% of red Pinot Noir wine brings flavours of raspberry and strawberry to compliment the liveliness, freshness and power of the majority Chardonnay. 
Paul Goerg – Millésime
Produced only in excellent years, this vintage dated champagne is made exclusively from that most aristocratic variety of grape varieties – Chardonnay. It has fine lavish bubbles and an intense, harmonious and complex bouquet. On the palate, it is clean and well seasoned, with much body and great length. A prestigious grape variety, an exceptional year and a superlative wine all make for a moment of pure indulgence. 
Paul Goerg – Cuvée Lady
The ultimate in prestige wines, in which the nectar of the Chardonnay is delicately balanced by a touch of Pinot Noir. Produced in limited quantities in only the very best years, this is a truly beguiling vintage champagne. Endowed with noteable aging potential, Cuvée Lady will be the fitting accompaniment to any great occasion.
Paul Goerg – Brut Absolu
The Absolu is the vintage symbol of Paul Goerg Champagnes. In complete harmony of the philosophy of value and home, this vintage is sublime and pure Chardonnay with the riches of the of the terroir. The Absolu Paul Goerg vintage is a pure Chardonnay which is rare for a vintage of that year. A long time in the cellar makes this Champagne offer an exceptional palate and silky melted mineral characteristics of Chardonnay. Lack of dosage makes this a pure wine, subtle and delicate that can cater to amateurs. This wine comes from a blend of different vineyards of Vertus and several crop years centered around the 2004 harvest.
