Paul Goerg Brut Tradition
60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir
In common with all Paul-Goerg non-vintage champagnes, this subtle blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir is made from 50% reserve wines.
Glittering pale gold colouring, complex nose with scents of honey, flowers and preserved fruits. In the mouth, the wine is well-balanced, offering roundness and persistence. The fine soft bubbles melt away to a gentle and slightly spicy finish. A wine of great class.
Paul Goerg Demi-sec
The Brut Tradition serves as the basis for the demi-sec champagne. Dosed with the legal minimum level of sugar in order to preserve its natural flavour, this demi-sec champagne will provide a delightful conclusion to a meal with a desert such as a fruit tart.
